What I can collect, how I work, and where I draw the line.

Is web scraping legal?

I collect public data only, respect terms of service and robots.txt, use polite request rates, and do not bypass logins, paywalls or CAPTCHAs. I avoid personal data. If personal data is involved, the project needs a lawful basis under GDPR or UK GDPR; otherwise I say no.

What formats do you deliver?

CSV, JSON, Excel and Google Sheets. I can provide an API or webhook on request.

How fast can you deliver?

I send a fixed quote within 24 hours. Most jobs take 2–5 days.

How do I pay?

Via Contra, or by invoice on request.

What if the site changes?

Monitors on retainer are hosted and maintained. One-off scrapers include one round of revisions.

What can’t you scrape?
